How do I connect my Oura to StepsApp?

StepsApp works seamlessly with your Oura Smart Ring by syncing step data through the Apple Health app on your iPhone. As long as your device is compatible with Apple Health, StepsApp can read and display your activity.

To view your Oura steps in StepsApp, simply follow our instructions below.

 What You Need to Do

  1. Connect your Oura smart ring to your iPhone using the Oura App.
  2. Sync Oura’s Step Data to Apple Health.
  3. Allow StepsApp to access Apple Health.

Step 1: Connect Your Oura Device to Your iPhone

  1. Download the Oura app from the App Store.
  2. Open the app and sign in or create an account.
  3. Pair your Oura with the app via Bluetooth.

Step 2: Sync Oura’s Step Data to Apple Health

  1. Go to Menu > Settings > Under "Data sharing," tap Apple Health.
